Practice Policies
Scheduling Appointments
[Placeholder] We kindly ask that all appointments be scheduled in advance. We do not accept walk-ins, and availability is limited. Online booking is available, or you may call during business hours.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
[Placeholder] To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Same-day cancellations may result in a fee, as this time could be offered to another patient.
Late Arrivals
[Placeholder] If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other patients.
Communication Policy
[Placeholder] Secure messaging through the patient portal is the best way to communicate with us outside of appointments. We do our best to respond within 1–2 business days.

Payment & Financial Information
Our Practice is Cash-Based
[Placeholder] Vivaa is a direct-pay integrative health clinic. We do not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. All services must be paid at the time of booking or at the time of service.
Accepted Forms of Payment
[Placeholder] We accept major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/ FSA cards, and electronic bank transfers.
Superbills Available Upon Request
[Placeholder] Patients may request a superbill to submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
