What to Expect

During Your Visit

At your first appointment, you spend 60 minutes reviewing your complete health history and any prior labs. You and the Vivaa team begin building the foundation by understanding your baseline.

After Your Visit

You’ll have follow-up visits (typically 45–60 min) to go over lab results, adjust your plan, and track progress. Vivaa works alongside, not instead of, your primary care provider.
Access your customized care plan through the patient portal.
